Orders must be placed via email, phone, or fax no later than 2PM the day prior to your requested delivery. Orders may be emailed to orders@newcopet.com, faxed to (909) 291-2241, or placed by phone at (909) 291-2240.
Northern California orders are due by Wednesday at 10am. Nevada and Northern Arizona orders must be placed by Thursday at 10am.
You may pick up your order at our warehouse. Orders must be placed and confirmed 4 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up and equal $150 or greater.
Newco Distributors will gladly order any special item you may need, however, all specially ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Most special order items require a lead time of 3 to 6 weeks for processing and delivery.
A Special Order Form with your signature is required before we can order the item(s) from the manufacturer. Please download the Special Order form, save as and complete it. Email to your customer representative or orders@newcopet.com.
